Paying with **USDT** is usually just a crypto transfer: you send USDT to a merchant’s address, confirm the amount, and keep the transaction details as your “receipt”.\
The only part that truly matters is matching what the merchant provided—especially the **network** and the **recipient address**.

## After you pay: how to confirm and prove the payment (TXID)
Once you’ve sent the payment, you can confirm it in a blockchain explorer. The explorer shows the full details: status, time, sender/recipient, fee, and the **TXID** (transaction ID / hash).\
If a merchant asks for proof, sending the **TXID** (or the explorer link) is usually enough.

## How it works in My Wallet
In **My Wallet**, this is handled through **My Wallet Pay**. It is a payment solution that lets users pay in **GRAM** and **USD₮**.
If a store supports **My Wallet Pay**, the user:
1. Chooses crypto payment at checkout.
2. Opens the payment in **My Wallet**.
3. Reviews the amount and confirms the transfer.
After that, the payment is sent to the merchant just like a regular transfer.

# Blockchain transaction fees by network
Blockchain transaction fees in My Wallet by network: typical costs for transfers, tokens, swaps, staking, NFTs, and domains on TON, TRON, Solana, EVM chains, HyperEVM, and Bitcoin.
A transaction fee is the network cost for processing an on-chain operation.
This fee is not paid to **My Wallet** or to the recipient. It goes to the blockchain network according to that network’s rules.
The final amount depends on the network, the type of operation, and sometimes the current network load. **My Wallet** shows the estimated fee before you confirm the transaction. On the transfer screen, tap Info to see more details.
## Predictable and market-based fees
Different blockchains calculate fees in different ways:
* Mostly predictable fees — TON, TRON, Solana. These networks use protocol rules or resource models that usually make common operations easier to estimate. The fee may still differ by operation type, smart contract, recipient status, or optional priority fee.
* Market-based fees — Ethereum, EVM networks, HyperEVM, and Bitcoin. Fees can change depending on network demand, gas price, transaction size, and contract complexity. The ranges below are only a reference.
Always use the fee shown on the confirmation screen as the final source of truth.

All amounts are shown in the network’s native fee token — the same unit you see in **My Wallet** before confirming.
For TON, TRON, and Solana, the table shows typical costs for common operations. For Ethereum, EVM networks, HyperEVM, and Bitcoin, it shows approximate ranges as of May 2026.

* The Swap column shows network gas only. When you swap through the built-in **My Wallet** aggregator, a 0.875% service fee is also applied to the swap amount.
* TRON — free bandwidth: each account receives about 600 bandwidth points per day. A simple TRX transfer usually uses about 267 bandwidth points, so around 2 free TRX transfers per day may be possible without burning TRX.
* TRON — TRC-20 transfer to an address that already has this token (for example, USDT): about 64,000–65,000 energy. If the sender has no available energy from staking or renting, this usually burns about 6.4–6.5 TRX.
* TRON — first TRC-20 transfer to a recipient address that does not yet hold this token: about 130,000 energy. Without available energy, this usually burns about 13 TRX.
* Solana — base transaction fee: a standard transaction pays 0.000005 SOL (5,000 lamports) per signature. During high load, an optional priority fee may be added for faster confirmation. For token transfers, if the recipient does not yet have an associated token account for that token, creating one may require an additional rent-exempt SOL deposit. The “+” in the table marks operations where a priority fee or rent-exempt deposit may apply on top of the base fee.
Ethereum, Base, and Arbitrum use ETH for gas. BNB Chain uses BNB. Hyperliquid / HyperEVM uses HYPE for gas. These networks do not have one fixed price for every operation: the final fee depends on gas price and transaction complexity.
Bitcoin fees are also variable. They depend on the transaction size and the selected sat/vB rate. A typical SegWit transfer of about 141 vB at 1–4 sat/vB is roughly 150–600 sats in total.
### Gasless transfers on TON and Solana
**My Wallet** supports gasless transfers on TON and Solana for selected tokens.
Examples include USDT (TON), NOT, HMSTR, and DOGS on TON, as well as USDC, USDT, and other supported ecosystem tokens on Solana.
When a transfer is gasless, the network fee is covered from the token being sent. You do not need a separate TON or SOL balance for that fee.

### Swap service fee in My Wallet
When you swap through the built-in swap aggregator in **My Wallet**, the total cost may include:
* network gas, and
* a 0.875% service fee on the swap amount.

## Why fees can change
Fees may change for several reasons:
* Network load. On Ethereum, EVM networks, HyperEVM, and Bitcoin, fees rise when more users compete for block space.
* Operation type. A simple transfer is usually cheaper than a swap, staking transaction, NFT transfer, or smart contract interaction.
* Transaction size. This is especially important for Bitcoin, where larger transactions cost more.
* Protocol resources. On TRON, the cost depends on available bandwidth and energy. If there are not enough resources, TRX is burned.
* Account creation. On Solana, sending a token to a recipient who does not yet have a token account for that token may require an additional rent-exempt deposit.
On TRON, the first TRC-20 transfer to a recipient can cost about 2× more energy than a later transfer to the same token account. This is a protocol rule, not a sudden congestion spike.
## Before you confirm
Before sending a transaction:
* Check that the network matches the recipient’s address.
* Review the fee on the confirmation screen.
* For swaps, open More to see network gas, the 0.875% service fee, and route details.
* Keep a small balance of the network’s native fee token — such as TON, TRX, SOL, ETH, BNB, HYPE, or BTC — unless gasless transfers apply.

Since **My Wallet 4.10**, you can **create and switch between subwallets directly from the wallet creation or import screen**, and **add all discovered subwallets in one tap** from the subwallets menu.
## Why use subwallets
* **Separate funds** by purpose—savings vs. everyday spending, for example.
* **Keep transaction histories clean** per address.
* **Switch between addresses** quickly inside the app.
## Privacy note
Subwallets share one seed phrase backup, but they're **not automatically linked on-chain** as a single identity.
That said, real-world activity can create **visible connections** between addresses—for example, if you regularly move funds between them. Treat each address as potentially observable on-chain.

## How to hide your balance
1. Open the **Wallet** tab.
2. On the wallet card, tap the **crossed-out eye** icon.
3. Balances and amounts will be hidden immediately.
## How to show balances again
* Tap the **eye** icon again, or tap any hidden amount (spoiler) to reveal it.
## Tips
* Use balance hiding when sharing your screen or checking your wallet in public.
* Balance hiding is a **privacy** feature. It does not change on-chain data.

# Pinned tokens

Starting with **My Wallet 4.7**, you can pin your favorite tokens to the top of the **Assets** tab.
## How to pin a token
1. Open **Wallet → Assets**.
2. Open Quick Token Actions (on mobile, **tap and hold** a token; on desktop, **right-click** a token).
3. Tap **Pin**.
## How to unpin a token
Repeat the same steps and choose **Unpin**.

Since July 2026, **My Wallet** offers a **landscape interface** for large-screen smartphones. We designed it to be as clean and convenient as a tablet or desktop app.
## How it works
Turn your phone sideways while using **My Wallet**, and the app automatically switches to a wide-screen layout that reorganizes navigation and key controls to make better use of the available space.
## Supported devices
Landscape mode triggers automatically on phones with a screen width above **700dp** in landscape orientation. These include:
* iPhone Max models
* Samsung Galaxy S Ultra models
* Google Pixel Pro models

Gasless transfers on TON and Solana in My Wallet: send without native gas when the wallet can take the fee from the token you send.
Sometimes you want to send tokens but **don't have enough of the network's native coin** to cover fees—**TON** on the TON network, **SOL** on Solana. When **gasless** is available, **My Wallet** can still process the transfer: **the fee is deducted from the token you're sending** (or partly from it), so you don't need to top up gas first.
There's no special toggle to flip—the app **picks the mode automatically** when it applies. Just check the **transfer** screen before you confirm; what you see there is what you get.
## On TON
For supported **jettons**, you can send **without any TON on your balance** and have the fee covered by the outgoing token. If you have **some** TON but not quite enough, the remainder can still come from the token—that's **partial** gasless.
Common examples: **USDT (TON)**, **NOT**, **HMSTR**, **DOGS**. Exact support depends on the network; if gasless applies to your transfer, the wallet will show it.
If your TON balance drops **to around 0.3 TON or below**, gasless tends to **kick in automatically** when a route is available.
## On Solana
Same idea: send **USDC**, **USDT**, and **other major ecosystem tokens** **without keeping SOL for fees**, as long as a gasless path exists—**the fee comes out of what you're sending**.
Whether it's available depends on the **asset and route**, so check the transfer screen before confirming.

# How to withdraw assets from staking?
How to withdraw assets from staking in My Wallet with clear steps, tips, and common pitfalls.
You can adjust your staking amount or withdraw your entire stake at **any time** by following these steps:
1. Navigate to **Assets**.
2. Select the tokens you have staked.
3. Tap **Withdraw** and enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
4. **Done!** Wait for the transaction to be processed by the smart contract—processing time may vary.

If you withdrew **TON** from your wallet **during the staking period**, you'll need to return approximately **1.02 TON** to cover the transaction fees. The actual fee will be lower, but this deposit is required by the smart contract.
